do myself a favor

So today I do myself a favor: cooking
Recently I got curious on this culinary things, sadly I don't hate any leasure time to practice it. Well I often looked for receipe and tips for cook but.. practice is a different thing. Just like what I had done today:

Ingredients:

  • Chopped beef (I use sandung lamur beef)
  • A glass of milk (I use uht milk, full cream)
  • Baberque sauce
  • Cheese (I use cheddar cheese)
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pala
  • Kemiri
  • Butter
  • Wheat flour
  • Paprika
  • Chilli
  • Tomatoes

Steps:

  1. Make the spice: smoothen onion, ginger, salt, sugar, pala and kemiri
  2. Seasoning your beef with the spice, add milk. Wait for 30 minutes until it marinated perfectly
  3. After 30 minutes, set a pan on stove, add one tb spoon of canolli oil, stir-fry the garlic until it smelled delecious.
  4. Put in the marinated beef and baberque sauce. Stir-fry it until half cooked.
  5. Add milk, stir it until the milk was boiled, add cheese, stir until the cheese melt and the milk absorp by the beef.
  6. Make sure your beef doesn't overcooked, add water if the milk had absorp completely. Keep adding water until the beef cooked perfectly.
  7. Make the puree: add milk and unsaltened butter in a sauce pan, Boiled it in low heat, add the wheat flour until the texture is puree.
  8. Make the salsa paprika: Grilled the paprika. After that put the grilled paprika on a bowl, add chilli and tomatoes.
