Recently I got curious on this culinary things, sadly I don't hate any leasure time to practice it. Well I often looked for receipe and tips for cook but.. practice is a different thing. Just like what I had done today:

Recently I got curious on this culinary things, sadly I don't hate any leasure time to practice it. Well I often looked for receipe and tips for cook but.. practice is a different thing. Just like what I had done today:
Ingredients:
- Chopped beef (I use sandung lamur beef)
- A glass of milk (I use uht milk, full cream)
- Baberque sauce
- Cheese (I use cheddar cheese)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
- Sugar
- Pala
- Kemiri
- Butter
- Wheat flour
- Paprika
- Chilli
- Tomatoes
- Make the spice: smoothen onion, ginger, salt, sugar, pala and kemiri
- Seasoning your beef with the spice, add milk. Wait for 30 minutes until it marinated perfectly
- After 30 minutes, set a pan on stove, add one tb spoon of canolli oil, stir-fry the garlic until it smelled delecious.
- Put in the marinated beef and baberque sauce. Stir-fry it until half cooked.
- Add milk, stir it until the milk was boiled, add cheese, stir until the cheese melt and the milk absorp by the beef.
- Make sure your beef doesn't overcooked, add water if the milk had absorp completely. Keep adding water until the beef cooked perfectly.
- Make the puree: add milk and unsaltened butter in a sauce pan, Boiled it in low heat, add the wheat flour until the texture is puree.
- Make the salsa paprika: Grilled the paprika. After that put the grilled paprika on a bowl, add chilli and tomatoes.
- Your dishes is ready! :9
